Why Emmy takes London?
Pretty lame name right... In all honestly, there was not really a lot of thought to picking the name. Apart from two obvious reasons... I am moving to London in mid August and Emmy is one of my nicknames so I thought why not stick the two together!?
Why is it Emmy takes London and not Emmy moves to London?
Well, Emmy takes London sounds a lot more punchy than Emmy moves to London. Also I have been dreaming of moving to the city for a while time now. The opportunity to live in London is something that I have grabbed with both hands.
Why have you created a blog?
I have created this blog with the intention of documenting my time in London! There is no real timescale on how long my stay will be so it may be for 10 months or 10 years!!
What are you going to blog about?
Well I study Law, and I am studying the LPC in September so I may blog a bit about that. I also love French bulldogs, Baking, Interior design, Pretty buildings, Nature and Cycling so I may blog a bit about that... and I also love hanging out with my friends and family so I am likely to blog about that... and I am also a massive foodie and have a Christian faith so there is a LARGE chance I shall be blogging about those two things.
I think those are the main burning questions that may be asked answered now...
I hope you enjoy reading/following my blog!

GRADUATION 2014
So earlier this week I had the privilege of graduating from University with a degree in Law!!
Attending university is such a luxury and I am glad my country is one which makes University accessible to everybody despite their circumstances.
My three years at University has been both great and intense! I definitely feel like I have grown as a person since I started and I also think University has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people as well as grow in my relationship with God!
My final year was definitely the hardest but receiving my degree classification and being able to see my family and friends faces when I told them my results definitely made it all worth it!!
I spent the day with my nearest and dearest and I would not have had it any other way :D
